Kanazawa University, which has a history of more than 150 years as a core university on the Sea of Japan side, is further accelerating challenging efforts as a world-leading international education and research base. The university has established the ""Kanazawa University <Global> Standard"" (KUGS) as an ability that students should acquire by the time they graduate, and has established an educational system to increase their human abilities.
